Important Update – The Firebird Centre

We are aware that information regarding The Firebird Centre has recently been shared on local social media.

The Firebird Centre is currently managing a property-related matter which is affecting access to the building. We are working closely with our professional advisers and remain hopeful that a resolution can be reached.

Temporary Pause on New Bookings

While discussions are ongoing, we are temporarily unable to accept or confirm any new bookings for:

• Parties

• Room hire

• Events and activities

• Café services

• Other services or bookings at The Firebird Centre

We appreciate that this may be disappointing and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our priority is to ensure that we can provide customers with clear and reliable information before accepting any future bookings.

Existing Bookings

Customers who already have a confirmed booking do not need to contact us at this stage. We will contact customers directly if their booking may be affected.

Further Updates

We are grateful to our customers, staff, volunteers and the wider community for their patience, support and understanding during this time.

Further updates will be published through our official website and social media channels as soon as additional information is available.

We kindly ask that people refer to these official channels for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Thank you for your continued patience and support.
